Today’s recipe for sweetcorn fritters is from Isa Uys. It’s so easy and delicious.
All you need is
1 tin of KOO sweetcorn,
1 cup Golden Cloud flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder and
1. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Drop spoonfuls in deep or shallow oil.
3. When crispy and golden brown on both sides, drain on kitchen paper.
4. Season with caster sugar for a sweet treat, or salt and cayenne pepper with a spicy bite.
