SPOON VETKOEKIES Posted on July 1, 2013 by Rina Kleinhans Posted in Vetkoek SPOON VETKOEKIES 4 cups flour. 4 teasp b:powder. 1 teasp salt. 1 cup grated cheddarcheese. 1 cup grated ham or polony. 4 cups lukewarm milk.
