1 pakkie romany creams

So gemaak:
1. Gooi die stroop van die perskes in ‘n aparte koppie.
2. Sit die perskes op ‘n bakplaat. Sit ‘n romany cream op elke perske en gooi ‘n bietjie (omtrent 2-3 eetlepels sherry oor die romany cream.
3. Giet klein bietjie van die stroop oor en bak in die oond op 180°C tot sherry en die perskesap in die koekie ingetrek het.
4. Bedien met roomys of met room.

I do mine slightly differently, line an oven dish with the romany creams , large tin sliced peaches chopped on top of biscuits, pour juice over and bake for approximately 20 min at 160. Serve while still warm with vanilla ice cream. Quantities depend on how many servings you are needing
