Mix butter, sugar, chocolate, water, whisky and coffee in a heat proof bowl, stir over hot water until chocolate is melted. Transfer into large bowl, mix in sifted flours and cocoa, then eggs and fruit. Pour into greased square baking tin. Bake at 180°C for about 30min or until cooked.
